Our makiwara boards are made with a solid pine back board that is rounded, sanded, and stained red oak.The strike board is 1/4 in. plywood with a 1 1/4 in. dense polyethylene foam pad covered with heavy canvas. Each measures 5"w x 15 3/8"h x 2 1/2"deep and are sold individually.  $15.00 each.
